HOT FORGING
Hot forging of high strength and specialty alloys to 1.500” diameter: with investments in quick change tooling cutting edge process engineering and our expertise allow the ability to provide Solutions to customers with small part volumes.
COLD FORMING
Forming complex net shape components in a single operation typically requiring little to no subsequent operations saving weight, waste and cost for our customers.
STAMPING
Press capacity to 250 tons and up to 18” in stroke.
THREAD ROLLING OPERATIONS
From ¼” to 4” in diameter in both cold and warm a principal competency of our company with the experience and equipment necessary to provide solutions in virtually all aspects of thread forming. Our cylindrical 2 die and 3 die machines allow versatility and ability to satisfy our customers’ needs from warm thread rolling with tensile strengths in excess of 300 ksi or thru feed rolling 4” diameter alloys for the oil filed industry.
BOLT FILLET ROLLING
Capacities to 1”.
GRINDING
Precision sized parts are paramount for the success in many forms of manufacturing. Maintaining grinding in house allows increased flexibility to meet our customers dynamic needs.
EDM
Is another example of the customer commitment for prompt and dynamic tooling solutions.
CNC TURNING AND MILLING
Milling capabilities with x axis travels of 72”, 5 axis machining and Advanced Turning centers with swing capacities of up to 20” are available to fulfill various product requirements.
NDT/DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Our commitment to excellence in product quality continues beyond our facility. Our team of quality personnel and field technicians use the latest in technology and test methodologies to ensure the safe reliable implementation of our products.
COATING/PLATING
Utilize our capability to efficiently batch small prototype lots or process large scale quantities and variations to fulfill mandated specifications.
HEAT TREATING
Tight tolerance temperature controlled solutions in stress relieving, hardening, tempering, solution age treatments, inductive treatments are tailored to exact customer requirements.
PRIVATE LABEL MANUFACTURING
